At Gl. Ålbo Camping, you wake up to the gentle lapping of water and the quiet rustle of the forest. On our small, manageable site with 112 units, there is room for you as a person – not just a site number. Here you can choose your own spot with views over Lillebælt and enjoy the small moments where presence and calm are most felt.
In the heart of Nature Park Lillebælt, you can let the rhythm of nature set the pace for your day – walk in the forest, feel the wind over the water, or take the family on small adventures close to the site. There is space for both young and old, alone or as part of a group, and everything can be enjoyed at your own pace.
To preserve the special calm and atmosphere by the water, we have a minimum stay of two nights so you can really feel how the holiday here slowly unfolds.
Dogs are of course very welcome. Free WiFi, hot water, and electricity are included in the price for a comfortable and easy stay

Year-round plot – a sanctuary at Lillebælt
A year-round plot at Gl. Ålbo Camping gives you a place to go any time of year. A sanctuary by the water where the seasons set the pace and calm descends as soon as you arrive.
When the site closes to other guests from early October until mid-March, the area is quiet and almost entirely yours. Enjoy the autumn colors, coastal walks in clear winter light, a refreshing dip in the cold water, or simply sit in your camper and take in the view.
With a year-round plot, you don’t need to pack up your camper and can come and go whenever you need air, nature, and quiet.

Our spring and autumn plots give you a chance to escape daily routines and enjoy nature and water in peace.
- Spring plots: from opening until the weekend before Ascension Day
- Autumn plots: from late August until the end of the season
